High School Musical 3: Senior Year

As we searched the internet for anything and everything HSM, we really only found one promotional poster and one official trailer of
High School Musical 3: Senior Year. On the poster, the characters are dressed in formal, prom-like attire with their caps and gowns on over it. Although their names aren't posted, there is nothing in the background to distract your eyes from what they obviously want you to focus on: the stars of the film. Disney has done such a great job promoting the first two straight-to-DVD films because this is the first one being released in the theaters and everyone already knows who they are. The trailer and the poster both seem to target the same audience: tweens and teens. It is made obvious in the poster and in the trailer that the movie is a musical about a group of friends and their senior year of high school.

The
High School Muscical 3: Senior Year's official website is an exciting and interactive spot to be. When you first enter the website, you are greeted by the trailer for the film. As you continue to browse the site, you are also given the opportunity to receive a free iTunes download if you purchase tickets to the show online. There is also a place to meet the cast. The coolest feature, however, is the area where you have access to downloadables to plan the perfect HSM3 screening party. This site offers so much to see and do. Check it out for yourself!

The merchandise and fan sites for HSM are infinite. At the official website there is a link that takes you to The World of High School Musical. Here you can play and buy games, buy the movies, soundtracks, and Karaoke CDs, as well as shop for clothing and accessories. They have thought of everything! Pajamas, t-shirts, costumes, jeans, jackets, removable skins for electronics, hats, water bottles, bags, key chains, and so on. As far as fan sites, there are tons. Here are a couple of the best we've seen.
HSMusical.org has so much information and a plethora of photos on the site, it's almost like the girl who runs it works on the set. Also, High School Musical Status Quo has an abundance of information from the past two films, descriptions of the characters in the films, as well as biographies of the stars. There are lots more out there, including other amazing websites and videos on YouTube.

We found two websites that have pirated movies. Torrentdownloads.net
did not have High School Musical 3: Senior Year available, and Piratebay.com required membership and $0.99/month for access, so we weren't able to see if the movie was there or not.

I have heard of Soul Men, but I didn't know they would show the movie because of the deaths of Isaac Hayes and Bernie Mac(RIP)

I haven't seen any of the movies in the "HSM" series and I wasn't planning on seeing this one either, but finding the feature on the site where you can get friends together to go for a movie outing may have changed my mind. The site actually helps you organize an outing. Now I'm stoked! All I have to do is send the link to my bffs and we can get the ball rolling. The site even has a countdown to when the movie hits theaters... less than 24 hours!!!

I have to admit i completely loved the first high school musical. =] It was so adorable and colorful. With all of the promotions and advertising for the film its unreal to think of how much money these kids are actually making. Their pretty much set for life!
