2. The Live365 site is not very complex, but it still happens to be very eye catching. It is very simple to use this particular online radio site. You can search for online radio stations that play a certain artist, or you can have your pick of genre from the station's A-Z list of music genres.
3. The only control that you would have over the music that you listen too is to pick a station that plays the artist or genre you like best. The site does, however, offer "VIP" status, which means if you were to sign up to become a VIP, the site would then offer you free downloads and Live 365 radio on your mobile phone.
4. This online radio station definently makes a good deal of its money from advertisements on its pages. There is a scrolling advertisement box on the upper right hand corner of the home page. On all the page but the home page, there are advertising banners at the top. This site lists both stations with advertisements inbetween the songs that they play and, also a few stations without advertising. We were not able to find a link to buy music on the site, but if you subscribe to become a VIP, you are able to enjoy commercial free music and no advertising displays on the site itself.
5. There is an entire page dedicated to listing the differnt genres of music that Live 365 can offer. There are more than a few genres of music that we have never heard before, for example; Delta Blues, Lo-Fi, Scanner, and many more. The site does not offer any type of station that plays a specific artist, although, there is an online sountrack station that is listed with the genres.
6. One unique aspect of the radio website is the Daily Recommendations section, on the home page. There are the top rated and most recommended sites that Live 365 has to offer. Although this site happens to be slightly engaging, it is not really one of our favorite online radio sites. It does list a plethora of other online radio sites, but wee fell if Live 365 played it own music, it would make the experience of being on the site much better.

I was extremely impressed with how many different options I received from this site. I always end up being disappointed with the blues options, AOL had 4 stations to choose from, this one had 204. I find that the blues usually gets lumped in to jazz stations with a small program, like NPR on sundays from 4-6 or crazy late at night.
