Hulu vs. Youtube

If we type lipstick jungle which aired on NBC in Hulu, it will shows us three options that we want to see, such as the “Show” which is the links all about Lipstick Jungle. Second option is “Type” that include two options for us to choose either we want to watch the complete episodes or the clips. The last option is “Source” has all the links about the show or the other news whatever relate to this show. The most part I like most is Hulu also gives all the links about this show, such as list of episodes and list of clips and it clearly shows which episodes they have and so on. Under the episode Hulu separate two parts for viewers, one is discussion and one is User Reviews. People can create a topic in the discussion area to talk about whatever they thought about this show, and users give their comments in the “user review”. Also, on the top of the page it has 5 stars to let everyone to rate this show “hate it” or “like it”.

This clip of Ugly Betty, aired on ABC, was posted by http://www.xtreamvidz.com/. It has been viewed by 1,895 people and in 8 minutes and 58 seconds. The episode stars Lindsey Lohan and a guest, where she is in completion for a lead position between her and Betty. They are teaming up for a project for the magazine they work for. Lohan plays dirty, trying to gain a higher position for the project. Betty and her colleagues then try to plan and sabotage Lohan so Betty will be the head of the project.

hulu has television shows and older movies that you can view on the site your not able to look up random things or see current movies like what utube has to offer. I feel that if youtube becomes more like hulu it would not be a good thing why would you want two sites that are alike. they are both different sites and should stay that way because they both offer a different variety of things to watch
