3. I don't like watch TV, because I always feel what the TV played are boring. And the only time for me to open my television is every Monday night 7pm by CW channel for “Gossip Girl", after that I will turn off my Television. On Tuesday Nov 4th, I spent most of my time to watch whatever I never seen before, such as Channel HGTV "Curb Appeal", turTV "Hot Pursuit", CMT "Extreme Makeover", and Discovery "Cash Cab", etc. The most I like is "Cash Cab"; it is really interesting TV show because anyone might become a lucky person to earn their money when they wave their hands near the road. When people get on to the Cab the driver (emcee) will ask questions to his passengers, if they can arrive at their destination with less than three wrong answers they will earn some money from the driver. Sometimes when I missed “Gossip Girl” I will search a download from the internet, because a lot of Chinese people are the fan of “CSI”, “Prison”, “RAW”, and “Gossip Girl”. So, I always can get a download (most of the programs are translate in Chinese) from the Chinese website.
4. Probably because of the language differences, I always watch some programs from the Chinese website or Youtube.com. Also most of my friends have the same status as me, and we all spend most of our time to watch some interesting things from the internet. However, sometimes I watched MTV with one of my roommates who like this Channel very well. Moreover Tuesday night is the election night, so I stay in my friend’s apartment to watch the final campaign till 11pm. That is a good one for me and my friends, because this is the first time for us to watch this kind of national event.
5. Before I start this assignment, I felt so stressful because I don’t like watch TV and I was afraid I can’t complete 15 minutes increments. Surprisingly, I can watch one channel more than 30 minutes and watched some of them till the end. Seriously, I watched more TV than what I normally did. But, I still have some movement for surfing TV because I just can not find the one what I like. I don’t think the journals have a good reliability for track people who actually watch TV, because someone might just fill in the blank at the beginning of the show then left the paper without watching TV. For me this is a really hard work, and if it is not an assignment I will never do it. People always sick of something at some time, so when they feel tired they will try to find some easy way to finish their duty without any concentration.
